What's in a name!?

During my break between summer and fall quarter I was working with KK on his letters. Since I have gone back to school I have slacked a bit but my dad has picked up where I have stopped. He's been working on numbers and letters. KK can recognize every letter in his first name. He can even spell and write his name.

This was from the other day when we were writing notes to each other. I wrote "I heart Caleb" and he wanted to copy it. That melts my heart.


Another thing that KK does is he'll pick up a book and "pretend" to read it. I can hear him make-up a story and move his fingers across the words. It's the cutest thing. He's so smart and I know as soon as the reading "clicks" for him, he will flourish.
